Ürün Özetleri
Ürün Açıklaması
WDZN-YJY is a low-smoke halogen-free fire-resistant power cable with a rated voltage of 0.6/1kV. It is specifically developed for emergency critical power supply circuits in Class I fire-resistant buildings and important infrastructure, and can maintain continuous power supply for the specified duration of a fire in flame-prone environments.
- WDZ:
- Low-smoke halogen-free; the insulation layer, filler layer, and outer sheath are all made of halogen-free environmentally friendly polymers without any PVC halogen components;
- N:
- N-class fire-resistant structure; a specially optimized fire-resistant composite coating layer is used between the conductor and the insulation layer to achieve fire resistance;
- YJ:
- Copper conductor with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation;
- Y:
- Modified low-smoke halogen-free extruded outer sheath, unarmored lightweight integral structure.
Unlike the commonly available WDZB-YJY flame-retardant cables and PVC YJV cables, WDZN-YJY cables combine the low-smoke and environmentally friendly characteristics of LSZH cables with overall fire-resistant emergency power supply capabilities. They not only effectively suppress flame spread like flame-retardant cables, but also maintain circuit integrity under standard fire resistance test conditions. They can be used as fixed wiring for critical emergency load circuits such as fire pumps, fire elevators, smoke exhaust fans, and UPS backup power supplies. The product range includes single-core, 3-core, 4-core, 5-core, and 3+1/3+2 multi-core combinations to meet the diverse emergency power distribution design needs of electrical design institutes.

- N-Class Fire-Resistant Emergency Power Capacity: The unique mica fire-resistant coating structure has passed national and IEC fire integrity tests. In the event of a fire in the surrounding environment, the cable can maintain effective circuit continuity for a specified time, ensuring the normal operation of fire pumps, fire elevators, and emergency lighting. This is a core indicator for critical fire circuits.
- High-Quality Low-Smoke Halogen-Free Safety: Combustion smoke penetration rate ≥70%, and no corrosive halogen acid gases are produced after combustion, ensuring evacuation visibility in enclosed basements, electrical shafts, and other locations, and preventing corrosion of precision emergency power distribution equipment.
- Stable Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) Insulation Electrical Reliability: Small capacitance fluctuations under load changes ensure stable operation and uninterrupted emergency power transmission for critical loads.
- Lightweight, unarmored structure advantages: No metal armor results in a smaller outer diameter and lighter unit weight, saving on cable tray and trough procurement costs and installation space.
- Excellent environmental protection and anti-aging performance: The optimized low-smoke halogen-free sheath resists the corrosion of humid indoor environments and trace industrial volatile gases, with a design service life of up to 25 years under standard fixed installation conditions.
- Bundled flame-retardant matching performance: Combined with internal halogen-free flame-retardant filler, dozens of cables can be densely laid in the cable tray, effectively limiting the spread of flames along the cable path.
- Upgraded Fire Resistance: Ordinary WDZB only retards flames and prevents the spread of fire, but cannot maintain electrical continuity during a fire; WDZN uses an additional fire-resistant mica sheath, maintaining power integrity even in open flames, meeting the mandatory requirements for emergency fire-fighting equipment power supplies in global fire protection codes;
- Upgraded Full-Layer Halogen-Free Formula (Compared to PVC Fire-Resistant Cables): Traditional fire-resistant cables use halogen-containing PVC sheaths, which release harmful corrosive fumes when burning; our full LSZH configuration meets LEED green building and international fire protection certification requirements;
- Flexible Customized Production Mechanism: Supports small-batch short-line trial orders, customized irregular core layouts, and mixed-specification consolidated shipments to reduce the buyer's inventory capital tied up;
