HCRHTCYZ is a special-purpose flexible cable tailored for mobile machinery and harsh environments, combining:

HCRHTCYZ uses class 6 ultra-fine copper strands and a high-flex lay-up process, giving it:

• A minimum dynamic bending radius of only 6 * cable diameter

It is ideal for:

With long-term motion, the cable structure is designed to resist conductor fatigue and insulation cracking, helping service life exceed that of standard cables by several times.

The outer jacket is made of Chloroprene Rubber (CR), chosen specifically for rugged duty:

• Strong resistance to mineral and vegetable oils, common in workshops, oilfields and mining sites

• Excellent UV, ozone, rain, snow and frost resistance, making it suitable for all-weather outdoor use

• Reliable performance from –40 °C up to +70 °C, so the cable stays flexible in the cold and stable in the heat

For indoor plants, underground projects or crowded sites, safety and environmental performance are non-negotiable. HCRHTCYZ:

• Uses halogen-free sheath materials, so no corrosive halogen gases are released in a fire

• Produces low smoke to help maintain visibility and reduce panic during evacuation

• Meets B1-level flame performance (non-fire-propagating, low smoke, low toxicity), with A1-level high flame-retardant versions available on request

This makes it suitable for use in enclosed workshops, tunnels, logistics centers, and high-occupancy industrial areas.
