Opis produktu
WDZ-YJY23 is a 0.6/1kV low-voltage fixed-laying power cable. It features a composite structure with all-low-smoke halogen-free raw materials, double-layer overlapping galvanized steel tape armor, and a PE outer sheath. Integrating fire safety and mechanical damage resistance, it is the preferred specification for underground direct burial, enclosed cable trenches, and outdoor concealed pipeline projects where both fire protection and external force protection are required.
Low-smoke, halogen-free flame-retardant rating; the filler and lining are made of halogen-free polyolefin compounds without PVC halogen content, producing low smoke and no corrosive gases during combustion, meeting green building fire protection acceptance standards;
Dense copper core + high-purity XLPE cross-linked polyethylene insulation layer, possessing excellent heat resistance and insulation stability;
Modified halogen-free LSZH inner lining layer, isolating the insulation core and steel armor, preventing scratches on the insulation layer during bending construction;
Double-layer wound galvanized steel strip armor + weather-resistant PE outer sheath; the steel strip withstands the crushing, puncture, and gnawing damage from underground rocks, construction waste, and rodents, while the PE sheath improves resistance to soil corrosion and outdoor aging.
Compared to similar products, the core difference in positioning of WDZ-YJY23 lies in its balance between resistance to compression and procurement costs. Unlike the unarmored WDZ-YJY (no mechanical protection, limited to indoor installation) and the round steel wire armored WDZ-YJY33 (high tensile strength, but higher cost for road/river crossings), WDZ-YJY23 is designed specifically for direct burial in urban soil and centralized cable duct installation in conventional environments. It is widely used in underground trunk lines of densely populated public buildings and outdoor buried distribution loops in factories. Optional core configurations include: single core, 2/3/4/5 cores, 3+1, 3+2, and 4+1 irregular composite cores, fully covering the design specifications for civil and industrial low-voltage power distribution.
0.6/1kV, suitable for 50Hz AC low-voltage power distribution systems;
90℃ under full load stable operation;
Maximum instantaneous temperature of 250℃ within 5 seconds of short circuit duration, capable of withstanding short-term overload impact without insulation failure;
3.5kV power frequency voltage for 5 minutes, no insulation breakdown or leakage;
XLPE insulation maintains stable insulation performance in humid underground environments and under seasonal temperature changes, reducing voltage drop losses in long-distance buried lines.
Class 2 tightly stranded annealed copper wire conforming to IEC60228 and GB/T3956 standards, using high-purity electrolytic copper raw materials. Tight stranding reduces internal gaps and improves heat dissipation efficiency.
1.5mm²~400mm² standard finished products are in stock; custom sizes of 500~630mm² and non-standard special core combinations can be customized according to construction drawings.
Strictly controlled below the upper limits of national and international standards, facilitating electrical engineers in calculating the line carrying capacity and voltage drop of long-distance buried pipelines.
Smooth outer surface after stranding, avoiding local electric field concentration, and stable conductivity after long-term alternating use in damp underground environments;
Continuously extruded in one step, with uniform wall thickness, possessing excellent resistance to electrical aging, water absorption, and puncture;
Environmentally friendly filler fills the gaps in the core wires, standardizing the circular outline of the cable and improving the overall flame retardant performance when multiple cables are densely laid in a duct;
Extruded buffer layer separates the insulated core wires and steel armor, eliminating the risk of scratching during cable bending and trench traction construction;
Two layers of overlapping galvanized steel strips effectively prevent damage caused by soil compression, puncture by sharp objects, and bites by rodents;
Added with additives to resist ultraviolet rays, soil microorganisms, and mild acids and alkalis, suitable for long-term buried use in ordinary urban soils and lightly polluted industrial soils.
≥ 0℃; for outdoor installation in high-altitude areas below -15℃, a customized low-temperature resistant formula is available.
for multi-core cables ≥ 15 times the outer diameter of the finished cable; for single-core cables ≥ 12 times the outer diameter of the finished cable.
≤ 3000m; for high-altitude areas (mining projects above 3000m), customized insulation versions are available.
