Heavy‑Duty Steel Tape Armored Cable for Factory Trench & Tunnel Fixed Installation
Ringkasan Produk
Deskripsi Produk
ZC-VV22 is a Class C flame-retardant steel-tape armored low-voltage power cable suitable for AC 50Hz, 0.6/1kV three-phase power distribution systems. It is an upgraded version of the VV series, integrating flame retardancy, mechanical armor, and environmental friendliness.
Compared to ordinary VV cables (unarmored) and ZR-VV cables (flame-retardant only), ZC-VV22 features double-layer steel tape armor and upgraded flame-retardant PVC material, resulting in stronger compressive strength, impact resistance, and flame retardant properties. It is widely used in fixed installation scenarios requiring mechanical protection and fire safety, such as building trunk lines, factory trenches, municipal direct burial, and tunnel lighting systems.
Manufactured according to GB/T 12706.1-2020 and GB/T 19666-2005 standards, and referenced to IEC 60502-1 standard. Its stable electrical performance, reliable mechanical protection, and consistent flame retardancy make it the mainstream choice for cost-effective, safe, and durable low-voltage power distribution projects worldwide.

Utilizes a flame-retardant PVC sheath and filler formula conforming to GB/T 19666 Class C standards. In the event of a fire, the flame spread rate is limited; no dripping, low smoke. Crucial for high-rise buildings, tunnels, subways, and densely populated public facilities, reducing fire damage and improving evacuation safety.
Double-layer galvanized steel tape armor provides excellent compression resistance, impact resistance, and rodent protection. Withstands soil pressure from direct burial, construction impacts, and rodent damage. Superior to unarmored VV/ZR-VV cables in terms of durability and low-maintenance operation.
PVC insulation/sheath + steel tape armor balance performance and cost. While meeting flame retardancy and mechanical protection requirements, the total cost is lower than YJV22. Suitable for large, cost-sensitive projects (residential areas, municipal roads, general factories).
PVC is resistant to weak acids/alkalis, soil electrolytes, and humid environments. It can operate reliably in direct burial, trench, tunnel, and humid industrial environments. It is not suitable for highly corrosive or long-term immersion environments.
High-purity copper ensures low resistance and low line loss. The uniform PVC insulation layer maintains stable dielectric properties in humid environments, reducing leakage current and ensuring safe low-voltage power supply.
Suitable for direct burial, cable trenches, pipes, tunnels, and indoor fixed installation. Bending radius is 12–15 times the outer diameter, facilitating wiring. Compatible with standard low-voltage accessories and terminal kits.

- Voltage: Confirm system voltage is 0.6/1kV; do not use higher voltages.
- Flame Retardancy: Select ZC-VV22 type cable in densely populated/public areas; use fire-resistant cables for critical fire-resistant circuits.
- Armoring: ZC-VV22 type is preferred for direct burial/trenching; ZC-VV type is preferred for indoor non-mechanical stress areas.
- Cross-sectional Area: Calculate the load current and allow for a margin of ≥20%; avoid long-term overload.
- Direct Burial: Depth ≥0.7m; lay 10cm of fine sand above/below the cable; install protective bricks/tiles.
- Crossing Roads/Railways: Use steel pipes; avoid heavy pressure.
- Tunnels/Trenches: Use clamps for fixing; avoid sharp edges.
- Bending: Follow the minimum bending radius; avoid sharp bends.
- Temperature: Laying temperature ≥ 0℃; avoid cold bending.
- Humidity: Not suitable for long-term immersion; seal joints in damp areas.
- Corrosion: Avoid strong acids/alkalis; use corrosion-resistant fittings in coastal/saline-alkali areas.
- Before Power On: Insulation resistance (≥ 10 MΩ·km) and continuity testing.
- Regularly: Insulation inspection, sheath integrity inspection, joint sealing inspection.
